During my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a few steps from the breathtaking Piazza della Signoria and only a short stroll to the iconic Ponte Vecchio, making it super easy to soak in Florence's amazing charm and history at every corner, all while enjoying the friendly service from the staff who were so helpful throughout my stay.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast in the grand hall was a highlight, featuring delicious locally caught fish. Rooms offer a unique vintage charm, although they can feel a bit dark for some. Service was excellent, with friendly staff eager to assist. The terrace on the fifth floor provides a lovely spot to unwind with a view of the city.

The breakfast room was absolutely stunning and the food was delicious! We loved relaxing at the sun terrace and enjoying a full body massage during our stay. The only downside was the comfort of the second bed, which wasn’t the best, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

The Bernini Palace's elegant decor and spacious lobby made me feel like royalty. Its central location allowed easy walking access to attractions, and the thoughtful staff assisted with everything, making it perfect for seniors like me....  

The Classic Double or Twin Room was pretty average, nothing luxurious. The view was just a small street. The décor was nice, but definitely lacked any wow factor. It was okay for a night’s stay, but didn't really feel special. However, the bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping was a bit iffy—they missed cleaning a few things during our stay. Overall, it was just a standard room.

My stay was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The historical ambiance of the place, paired with the stunning breakfasts served in a grand ballroom, truly enhanced our experience. The staff even accommodated our dietary needs, which was a thoughtful touch. However, the air conditioning could use some improvement during the summer heat.

We truly enjoyed our 2-night stay in a Classic Double or Twin Room. The breakfast options were vast and the ambiance was stunning, especially dining in a historical chamber. Additionally, we loved the luxurious scents throughout the hotel, which reminded us of Aqua Flor!
